Coordinated work permit online services
The Ministry of Labor’s Integrated Work Permit Online Services (WPOL) won the 2006 UN Public Service Award for “Further Developing Openness, Accountability, and Responsiveness in the Public Service”. This unit helps organizations handle their versatile workforce across the globe by offering consistent, agile, and proficient handling of work grants.
Progress Pack
The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labor, and the Central Welfare Fund Board won the 2007 UN Public Service Award in the class “Developing More Openness, Accountability, and Responsiveness in the Public Service” for the Progress Package. The Progress Pack was an oversharing initiative that helped all adult Singaporeans with something more for the more established and lower-paid Singaporeans.
The main achievement of the Progress Package was its ability to consistently convey taxpayer-driven organizations as a package, regardless of having multiple plans. Likewise, it contacted Singaporeans through an association between the Government, associations, grassroots associations, Voluntary Welfare Organizations, and various workers.

Department of Labor Inspection

Department of Organization and Organizational Development
The division examines implementation information and creates unfamiliar workforce arrangements and systems for powerful requirements and fair, moderate work environments. Likewise, it works with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to work with the prosperity and insurance of unknown workers and unknown local experts. Through media and instructional projects, the firm teaches and raises questions about guidelines related to the supply of unknown labor and moderate practices among managers, unknown specialists, and the general population. In addition, it brings together authoritative skills to ensure a high-performing and functional prepared division.
